This series consists of computer printouts generated monthly which list each vehicle owned by the Department of Corrections and the accumulated costs incurred by the vehicles for gas, oil, grease, and repairs. Each entry includes make and model of vehicle, the mileage, any repairs done or parts replaced during the month and to-date since the vehicle was purchased, and gas purchased for the month. This report is generated from the information input into the computers from forms N-221, N-222, (Schedule S-14-17) and other accounting information available in the computer.
